Cheyenne Fisher, the former partner of Bryan Braman, tells PEOPLE exclusively about how their daughters are handling his death from a 'rare' cancer during an interview on Friday, July 18.

Braman was 38 years old. His agent, Sean Stellato, confirmed his death, telling CNN, “Bryan Braman was a warrior in every sense – on the field and in life – facing every battle with unshakable grit and heart. His passing leaves a void not just in football, but in the spirit of every underdog who ever dared to fight.”

Bryan Braman, who rose from undrafted free agent to Super Bowl champion, died Thursday morning after a battle with cancer. He played for the Texans and Eagles.
