Eagles DB Cooper DeJean, the subject of a viral parody about his position, will take reps at safety in training camp.

P hiladelphia Eagles defensive back Cooper DeJean is heading into his second season with the team, and expectations are already high after teammate A.J. Brown gave him a new nickname to live up to. Brown has been calling DeJean, "All-Pro Coop," or “APC” for short.

Fast friends Reed Blankenship and Cooper DeJean have found themselves on the field playing the same position early in training camp as Vic Fangio and the Eagles are trying DeJean at safety in their base defense package (with four defensive backs on the field).
