Predator: Badlands is one of the years most anticipated movies and they brought the first 15 minutes to San Diego Comic-Con for their Hall H Panel. Fans got an exclusive look at the opening scenes with Dan Trachtenberg and Elle Fanning.

Friday at San Diego Comic-Con offered fans a rare opportunity to hear from two of the people primarily responsible for major franchises, in the same place, on the same day. And that’s exactly what happened in both the Alien: Earth and Predator: Badlands panels, which both took place in Hall H.

For decades, fans have been longing for someone to take on the Predator franchise that really gets what makes a strong Predator-orientated film. In 2022, Dan Trachtenberg blew everyone away with the release of Prey, a Predator prequel that not only matched the original 1987 movie but in many ways surpassed it.

Director Dan Trachtenberg brought new footage to the convention alongside stars Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi to talk up the movie.
