New Orleans Saints legendary quarterback Drew Brees was officially named a member of the 2026 Pro Football Hall of Fame class on Thursday night, and congratulations were in order.
But Thursday was the chosen day for the obvious reveal — that Brees' bust will be unveiled this fall at the Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Canton, Ohio, and will be housed alongside the titans of the game. He is the first Saints player in franchise history to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility.

Brees led the Saints to a Super Bowl championship during the 2009 season. He signed with New Orleans in 2006 following Hurricane Katrina’s devastation of the city. The Hall of Fame announcement is scheduled for Thursday night. The Saints are currently in San Francisco.
