Dallas Cowboys training camp began last week with Pro Bowl pass rusher Micah Parsons reporting to camp but not participating, as he awaited a contract extension.

Micah Parsons requested a trade, and ESPN's Adam Schefter revealed the chances the Cowboys move on from their star LB.

At the end of the note, Parsons said the Cowboys have yet to speak with his agent regarding a new contract. He then confirmed he submitted a trade request to team COO and co-owner Stephen Jones.
