Francisco Lindor notched the 20th multi-home run game of his career on Monday, helping the Mets hold off the Phillies with his explosive bat.

In the St. Louis series, Lindor set the tone from the leadoff spot, going 7‑for‑18 (.389) with two home runs, three RBIs and four runs scored over the four games. He opened the series with a 3‑for‑4 night that included an RBI single in Game 1, helping New York jump out to a four‑run second inning.

With two runners on and the Mets winning 2-0 in the bottom of the seventh inning, Lindor hit Ruiz’s second pitch, a heater right down the middle, 412 feet to dead center for a three-run home run. It was his second home run of the game, his 20th career multi-home run game, and his fifth home run of the season.
