Old college rivals Caitlin Clark and Jacy Sheldon got into a physical altercation during the Indiana Fever vs. Connecticut Sun matchup on June 17.

There was Caitlin Clark getting hit in the face on a flagrant foul from Jacy Sheldon, and what appeared to be retaliation from her teammate Sophie Cunningham that sparked a melee toward the end of the matchup, which led to ejections.

With the Fever leading, 87-70 in the final minute, Indiana's Sophie Cunningham committed a hard foul on Sheldon as Sheldon attempted a breakaway layup. Cunningham grabbed Sheldon as Sheldon approached the basket, and Sheldon fell to the ground.
