Two popular Walmart products have been recalled with warnings to customers to stop using them. According to a story by Newsweek, the products were recalled following safety warnings from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

Joining many other retailers and businesses, Walmart will be closed on Thanksgiving Day in 2025. According to a Walmart spokesperson, stores will close at 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26 and won’t reopen again until Friday, Nov. 28 at 6 a.m. local time.

Walmart is recalling more than 200,000 camp stoves that can explode or catch fire, causing a burn risk to users. The recall references Ozark Trail Tabletop 1-Burner Butane Camping Stoves sold between March 2023 and October 2025, priced between $8 and $45. The stoves were sold by Walmart online and in stores.
