BRUNSWICK — The Edward Little boys basketball team had already seen an eight-point lead dissipate at end of the first half, so when Brunswick started to chip away at another eight-point deficit late in the fourth quarter, the visiting Red Eddies made sure they wouldn’t make the same mistake twice.

Josh Lenko and Luke Tjoumakaris scored 13 points apiece as Ocean City extended its winning streak to four after defeating Mainland, 52-40, in Linwood. Dan Lappin and Tighe Olek added nine points each for Ocean City (4-0), which jumped out to an 18-7 first quarter lead.
