The Calgary Flames headed into the Christmas break on the wrong end of the Battle of Alberta, falling 5–1 to the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday night at Rogers Place.

MacKenzie Weegar certainly has a case for the most creative way to be tossed from an NHL game. Midway through the Calgary Flames’ game against the Edmonton Oilers Tuesday night, the defenseman was ejected after banging his stick against the glass while in the penalty box.
