Ferrari have announced the official name of the first F1 car Lewis Hamilton will drive with the team in 2025. The official Ferrari site are currently running a sale with up to 30 per cent off their existing F1 merchandise ahead of Hamilton’s arrival.

Lewis Hamilton was not injured on Wednesday when he crashed his Ferrari during a team test in Barcelona, Spain. A seven-time Formula 1 world champion, Hamilton is preparing for his first season with the Ferrari team after 12 years with Mercedes.

Ferrari have announced the official name of the first F1 car Lewis Hamilton will drive with the team in 2025. The seven-time world champion is yet to take to the track in Ferrari’s 2025 challenger, with Hamilton instead getting to grips with his new team in the SF-23 and 24.

Ferrari are not at all concerned about Lewis Hamilton’s test crash having declared it is “perfectly normal” as he learns the limits of the Ferrari F1 cars. Hamilton’s immersion programme with his new team continued at the Circuit de Catalunya this week with the Briton once again behind the wheel of a 2023 SF-23.
