The Illinois Lottery confirmed that the winning ticket was sold at Refiners Citgo, 7323 Randolph St. in Forest Park, according to FOX 32 Chicago. The ticket matched the white balls 27, 29, 30, 37, and 58, with a Powerball number of 15, as reported by The Associated Press.
