Thousands gathered in San Antonio with creative signs for the "No Kings" peaceful protest on June 14, 2025. San Antonio resident Natasha Estrada said she and her dog, Dabs, are protesting because Estrada is half Mexican, her step mom is from Puerto Rico and her parents are lesbians.

The three-hour parade featured troops dressed in historical uniforms, bombers doing flyovers, and members of the Golden Knights parachute team falling from the sky.

Although officials did not release an exact figure, the Army estimated the event's cost to be between $25 million and $45 million.
