For the second time this season, Michigan State basketball beat Oregon, and this time it helped them advance in the Big Ten Tournament as the Spartans took down the Ducks 74 to 64 on Friday. While Oregon played MSU evenly in the second half, they were unable to overcome a 10 point deficit they carried into halftime.

Jase Richardson scored 17 points and Jeremy Fears Jr. added 11 points and five assists to lead No. 7 Michigan State past No. 23 Oregon 74-64 in the first Big Ten Tournament quarterfinal game.
