Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against a man who publicly claimed to have videos depicting the mogul sexually assaulting inebriated celebrities and minors, which his lawyers say could negatively influence his upcoming trial.

Ashley Parham, an accuser who filed suit against Combs in a California federal court in October, spoke to Ashleigh Banfield of NewsNation Tuesday night and detailed an evening in 2018 in which she says Combs and two other men "took turns" raping her while recording the assault before she was able to threaten him with a knife and ultimately run away from his house after a neighbor created a distraction.

"I was going to plunge the knife into him, because it was a kill or be killed situation," Ashley Parham alleged in an explosive new interview.

Sean "Diddy" Combs' legal team has now reviewed videos of the embattled hip-hop mogul's so-called "freak offs" at the heart of prosecutors' case against him and are now claiming the footage shows no evidence of criminal activity.

The lawsuit, which also names Nexstar, targets assertions from Courtney Burgess that he possesses videos depicting sexual encounters involving Combs and other celebrities.
