For the first time since the launch of the Apple App Store in 2008, Apple will allow subscribers to access discounted pricing. But it’s not for everyone.
Apple doesn't break out App Store revenue on its own. Instead, the company counts it toward its Services segment. The iPhone maker's second largest business, behind the iPhone, Services accounted for $109.1 billion of Apple's $416.1 billion in total revenue in fiscal 2025. The iPhone segment brought in $209.5 billion.
At WWDC 2026, Apple unveiled a rebuilt Siri, new AI photography tools, and a standalone assistant app in its most ambitious AI push to date.
Among those updates could be Apple’s delayed Siri overhaul, which has faced setbacks since it was initially announced at WWDC 2024. Apple is revamping Siri with some help from Google Gemini and is also rumored to have a dedicated Siri app in the works.
