Max Verstappen has called for Red Bull to investigate the unsafe pit release incident that led to a collision with Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli during the Miami sprint race. The four-time F1 champion was hit with a costly 10-second time penalty after the front-left wheel of his Red Bull struck the right-rear of Antonelli's W15 in the pit lane.

Formula One is back in the U.S. for Round 6 of the F1 season and the Miami Grand Prix. Oscar Piastri and his McLaren team arrived at Miami International Autodrome leading both championships. But it is Mercedes’ teenage sensation Kimi Antonelli who will start today’s 30-minute sprint race from pole ahead of the two papaya cars.
