A baby girl in Norwalk who died of malnourishment never saw a medical professional, an arrest warrant for her father says.

A man was arrested after a baby was severely neglected and died from health complications. The suspect was identified as Kyle Vigneault, 27, from Norwalk. Police said troops responded to Rae Lane for a 911 call regarding a four-month-old baby choking on formula.

Norwalk police said they have arrested a man in connection with the death of his baby daughter after determining that malnutrition and neglect contributed to her death. The investigation started on June 11 when a man called 911 and said a 4-month-old baby was choking on formula and he had done CPR for several minutes.
