The Houston Texans held up their end of the bargain when it comes to ratings for the NFL Christmas game on Netflix.

The performance, called 'Beyoncé Bowl,' took place on Wednesday, Dec. 25, at NRG Stadium in the megastar's hometown of Houston

Christmas has passed, but Beyoncé is still in the giving mode. On December 25, the “ Texas Hold ‘Em ” singer spent the holiday on the NRG Stadium field for the Houston Texans versus Baltimore Ravens halftime show. Despite fears that Beyoncé’s highly anticipated performance would experience buffering issues, it went off without a hiccup.

The two games had more than 24 million viewers on average in the United States, Netflix said. Viewership peaked when Beyoncé performed.

Beyoncé is thought to have been paid $20 million for her half-time performance during Netflix’s Christmas Day NFL broadcast.

Performing cuts from her smash “Cowboy Carter” album, Beyoncé doubled down on her country aesthetic, joined by Post Malone, daughter Blue Ivy and others.
