Jim Harbaugh is eager to begin plotting the Los Angeles Chargers offseason strategy with general manager Joe Hortiz.

Harbaugh will have a cardiac ablation and a hip replacement this offseason, he said Wednesday after the Chargers were eliminated from the playoffs, via ESPN’s Kris Rhim. It's unknown when exactly he will have either procedure.
