Michael Lohan's attorney believes police should be turning their attention to his client's accuser, estranged wife Kate Major. Michael Lohan, the father of Lindsay Lohan, has been arrested on a domestic violence charge in Harris County, Texas. According to authorities, he allegedly flipped estranged wife Kate Major out of her chair and caused visible bruising.

Michael was charged with “continuous violence against the family” and taken into custody in Texas, a spokesperson for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office confirmed.
