Assuming that whoever gets the first overall pick gets Flagg, the Wizards have a 14.0% chance of taking the Duke star. They are tied with Utah and Charlotte with this probability, with New Orleans and Philadelphia not too far behind with a 12.5% and 10.5% chance, respectively.

The 76ers are hopeful about the June 25-26 NBA draft and the free-agency period that begins on June 30. But the May 12 draft lottery in Chicago could shape their approach to both, as ways to upgrade their roster.
