New details are emerging regarding the deaths of American Idol music supervisor Robin Kaye and husband Thomas Deluca. In a Monday, July 21, town hall meeting, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said that the suspect reportedly shot the pair with their own gun that he found inside after breaking into the home, according to CBS News.

The alleged shooter, 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian, was arrested on July 16 in connection with the shooting. According to officials, the shooting looks to be random, but they were investigating whether the suspect was connected to Robin Kaye, 70, and Thomas Deluca, 70.
