Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser and the District of Columbia Council are scrambling to address a financial crisis.

The VA task force asks employees to report if they were disciplined for refusing vaccine mandates, performing abortions or administering hormone therapy.

"This executive order that came out last week is a Herculean task really about rewriting the FAR," said Stephanie Kostro.

The Air Force lacks key skills needed for modern warfare and struggles to track and manage those skills across the service.
