Texas Rangers identified Marcio Anderson, 41, as the victim; suspects Avery Stemmons and Karina Barreto were arrested in Maine and returned to Texas custody.

Dallas police said the shooting happened at approximately 3 a.m. Saturday, May 24 in the 6200 block of East Grand Avenue.
