Cincinnati wide receiver Tee Higgins was inactive for Thursday night's game at Baltimore with a quad injury. It's the third straight absence for Higgins, who caught two touchdown passes against the Ravens in a loss last month.

The Bengals are not "expected" to have Tee Higgins's services on Sunday. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported the news after Higgins hurt his hamstring on Wednesday and missed Thursday's practice. Rapoport said Higgins is getting evaluated on a week-to-week basis with the soft tissue injury.
