On Wednesday, February 12, Grant Achatz, the famous chef behind gastronomic fine dining destination Alinea, will be hosting a one-night only dinner benefiting those affected by the wildfires.

This summer, the Alinea crew will be popping up at three restaurants in three different cities, "each holding a special place in our story," per the restaurant's website.
