A 24-year-old Fort Lee resident was arrested and charged after he fatally struck a pedestrian in North Bergen on Monday, Feb.

A man who kidnapped his ex-girlfriend was taken into custody about 1:50 a.m., when state troopers found a stolen BMW with the victim, a 24-year-old woman, still inside, Illinois state police said.
