Problems are just starting for some San Jose residents flooded out of their homes after the latest round of rain soaked an already saturated Bay Area.
The Santa Clara Valley Water District says after the dry start to the year, water levels at their reservoirs went from 70% of normal in mid-January to 82% by mid-February.
An atmospheric river has arrived in the Bay Area, with moderate to heavy rain expected to continue, along with increasing winds and thunderstorm chances.
