Five people have been charged after a violent brawl in downtown Cincinnati over the weekend. A video of the fight, which happened early Saturday, shows several people throwing punches.

Birmingham police on Tuesday announced a reckless manslaughter warrant against the juvenile suspect. His name is not being released because of his age.

Kendell R. Roseborough was lying on the sidewalk outside Martinique Motel on the 2000 block of Pacific Avenue with what appeared to be a single gunshot wound when police were called at about 10:30 p.m., Atlantic City police said Roseborough, of Atlantic City, was pronounced dead at the scene.
