One of the more intriguing training camp battles taking place for the Jacksonville Jaguars is at the running back position. Specifically, how the playing time amongst those backs will end up shaking out. While we are only three training camp practices into this, perhaps a favorite for that RB1 role has already emerged.

The defense won again on Day 3 of Jacksonville Jaguars training camp on Friday, July 25, at the Miller Electric Center. But the real test is coming: the team will practice in full pads for the first time on Monday, July 28, after a day off and in light pads ("spiders") on July 27.

The Jacksonville Jaguars began training camp with a clear, but fluid plan for their second-overall pick. Hunter will play on both sides of the ball, and the current trajectory and expectation are that he will play a large number of snaps on both sides — at a high level.
