Miles Teller is opening up about just how much work it is for him to achieve his rock-hard Top Gun abs.

Teller, who played Lieutenant Bradley “Rooster” Bradshaw in the 2022 sequel, revealed the one demand he gave Tom Cruise for his “Top Gun 3” prep. “I just told Tom, I said, give me enough time, a heads up for me to get in shape,” Teller shared. “It’s one month per ab. I need six months heads up.”
