A federal judge in Oregon has ordered the U.S. government to restore the visa status of two international students whose visas had been revoked.

For hundreds of thousands of people every year who dream of studying or researching in the United States, a student visa is the golden ticket.

Several universities across the country have confirmed to UPI that international students have had their visas revoked without notice or had their Student and Exchange Visitor Information System records terminated.
