Mahamoud Ali Youssouf (Somali: Maxamed Cali Yuussuf, Arabic: محمود علي يوسف; born 2 September 1965) is a Djiboutian diplomat. He has served in the government of Djibouti as Minister of Foreign Affairs since 2005.
