A TIME POOR DAD getting it done. This was the last heavy session before comp (powerlifting). Next week I get to deload and recover. Today i hit a 220kg bench press, a 325kg squat and then 240kg x 5 reps on deadlifts. Bench press i did around midday - put it in the middle of my working day to get a break from the screen. The rest of the week is now accessories. I find doing all 3 major lifts in one day isn't always ideal BUT they all get done this way. Essentially the rest of my week is now "free
