Here, I'm rapidly heading towards the water's surface to build momentum. Then I dive towards the sand, forcing my 30lbs silicone mermaid tail out of the water. And then I do a little push-up back towards the surface to do it again. NORMALLY, I don't have the luxury of having the ground close by to push off of, so I usually don't do a "push-up" and instead keep jerking
