INCGiving Volunteers in Concord Conducts Neighborhood Outreach Program CONCORD, CALIFORNIA, U.S.A — Moved by the words of God, members of the Church Of Christ (Iglesia Ni Cristo) in the Local Congregation of Concord. Ecclesiastical District of Northwest California conducted a Neighborhood Outreach Program. Free basic medical examinations were given as well as care packages for the needy. The care packages also included the Pasugo (God's Message Magazine), the official publication of the Church.
