This is COMMON hogweed, and not GIANT hogweed, which should never be touched or eaten ❌ and please be extra careful with any member of the carrot family 🥕 I usually like to keep my videos on foraging super accessible and beginner friendly 🌼 because I want as many people to be able to try the recipes as possible!
