Butter Bean & Leek Gratin (recipe from My Family Meals 📕) . . . INGREDIENTS: 2 leeks sliced 1 tin drained butter beans 3 tbsp plain flour 1 cup any milk 1 handful of grated cheddar . METHOD: Turn the oven to 180 degrees C fan. Add the leeks to frying pan with a little oil on a medium heat and fry until starting to colour. Then add the flour and stir until combined. Then add the milk and stir to absorb all the flour and allow the sauce to thicken for a minute. Turn off the heat and add the butte
