PERTH’S WILD JULY CONTINUES Wild weather across the south west of the state overnight has left a trail of destruction. Rainfall of up to 85mm was recorded in some areas, causing flash flooding. And there were wind speeds recorded up to 135kmph bringing down trees and ripping off roofs. But the Bureau of Meteorology says the stormy weather isn’t over yet, with a cold front expected to sweep just south of Perth on Thursday.
