This is silicone glass. It is used in movies to look like broken glass but be safe to touch. Such as in a scene where someone needs to step on glass it would probably be this stuff. (It feels like brittle rubber.) However this is not a material made for casting so it is hard to get it to be any specific shape other than flat! If glass needs to break in view, it is probably a material called "break away glass" (creative name i know ;p) or if it needs to be consumed, it is probably isomalt glass.
