Replying to @daniel_mcm_ right now, B is averaging 3-4 tonic clonic seizures a week. These are his much more aggressive seizures that need rescues to stop them. If they don’t stop within a certain time frame, we are heading to the hospital. Usually there, a small dose of propofol is given to stop it. If it isn’t stopping after that dosage, treatment becomes more aggressive and usually results in him being intubated to properly sedate his brain. He has several different seizure types but absence
