Hip CARS These half kneeling CARS (controlled articular rotations) can be a great way of helping to improve hip performance, mobility, function and movement 💪🏻 It can also help to engage the muscles that support the hip joint and identify any imbalances or limitations in hip rotation and general movement 🙏🏻 Ideally we want to avoid using too much of the back during the movement as we want it coming through the pelvis! Best performed slowly to ensure maximum control of the movement 🔥 If you’
